Reports is a new system that will give the owner and operator of the charge points a better understanding of the performance of the chargers. You will receive reports if there is issues on the charge points, customer experiences, reviews and much more.
1. Go to Reports
To see the details of reports, go to the “Reports” section on the left side menu in the portal. Here you will see all the reports related to the charge points that are operated by you.
Click on the report you’d like to access to expand more details.
2. Report Settings
In the reports settings you will be able to adjust what kind of reports you would like to receive. Click on “Settings” in the top right corner of your screen.
Here, you will be able to set up the contact information of the installer. This is also beneficial for our support team who is also receiving reports from end users. If the issue on your charge points cannot be solved by our support team, we will be able to assign the report directly to your installer. Your installer will receive an email notification and will be able to do further actions based on what issue the charge point has.
Here you will also have to add a contact email and phone for your company. You can choose if you want to receive report updates to your email and which email account.
You can also indicate what kind of reports you would like to receive. Once all the information is added click on "Update".
We recommend settings “Want to receive mail updates?” to be Yes, as in that way, you will get a real time notification about new reports.
