1. Invite the Employee to the Team

2. Set up the sponsored charge point for your employee
When setting up sponsored charging using RFID Keys, you'll need to start sponsoring the charge point. Here is a guide that explains how to set up sponsored charge point in teams.
3. Pair the charge keys for sponsoring and assign ownership to the desired memberOnce the charge point of the employee is sponsored, the next step is to add the charge key to your Team. Here you can find out how to add charge keys on Monta Portal.
IMPORTANT!! When adding charge keys for sponsored charging it is important to add a charge key owner - the employee who will have charge point sponsored by your company.
Keep in mind that the employee needs to be a team member in order to be able to assign the charge key to them (see step 1).
You can also name charge keys using the names and surnames of the employees that are sponsored by your company or you can name the charge key according to the license plate of employee's car.
5. Enable Team Invoicing
Last step is to enable team invoicing. Here is a guide that explains how to enable team invoices.
IMPORTANT!! If team invoicing is not enabled sponsored charging will not work because team wallet will not be allowed to go to negative balance.
