The logs of a charge point can tell you how it is communicating with the Monta system. This is useful in case you want to troubleshoot the charge point.
1. Access the charge point
First, you need to open the charge point in Monta Portal. You can search in the Charge Points tab on the right side, or in the Team, where the charge point is located.
To open the charge point menu, just click on the name.
From here, you can use the right side menu and click on "Connection" to navigate to the correct place on the page.
2. Click on "View logs"
You can find the logs in the bottom of the page. Click to view them.
3. How to read the logs
In here, you will see the communication between Monta and the charge point.
These are the important basic terms:
|The charging session begins.
|The charging session ends.
|A change of the status of an ongoing charge
|The car has suspended the charge. This could mean that the car's battery is full or that the car is not taking electricity for other reasons. Monta has no control over whether the car will accept the charge during the session.
|The charge point has paused the charge. You can see this when you have a scheduled charge. The charge point would pause the supply of electricity to the car, until it is time for the charge to start.
|This means the charge point is charging the car.
|The charge point has rebooted itself or by Monta's command.
|The charge point has disconnected from the Monta system.
|The charge point has connected to Monta's system.
