1. Transaction Fee
All plans, from basic to enterprise, include a transaction fee from paid charges. A transaction fee is a percentage deducted from all charges with a price. It is a fee to be paid out automatically from a team wallet after each paid charge to Monta.
Monta only takes a percentage if there is price per kWh set by the charge point owner. If the charge is free, no transaction fee will be taken.
The transaction fee differs based on the plan so please check Monta Pricing to see the exact fees.
Here is an example:
An EV driver chargers for €4 -> X% (X = the total percentage) will be instantly transferred to Monta (2%, excl. VAT) -> The remaining amount from the payment is directly added to the Site Owner and his Team wallet (€3.92)
2. Monta Subscription Fee
Pro, Business and Enterprise plans include a Monta subscription fee. This is a price per active charge point, and it includes sponsored home charge points (for a company which is sponsoring).
It is a monthly fee paid out to Monta at the end of the month. Please note that if you have a Professional, Business or Enterprise plan and you do not have any charge points, you will still be charged for a minimum amount of charge points.

3. Roaming Fee
Roaming is the industry terminology for sharing the charge points with other networks. Monta is sharing charge points on networks like Hubject, Gireve. As well as Monta does direct sharing agreements with companies. Once you enable roaming, your charge point will also appear in the GPS platforms, such as google maps.
Roaming fee is a 10% (excl. VAT) transaction fee which is charged once somebody performs a roaming charge via the charge point. This feature is available for Business and Enterprise plans.

4. Service/Marketplace Fee
This fee is only applicable for operators of charge points that have Business or Enterprise plans, depending on the market you operate in. You can see your subscription fee in your company’s information, in to Monta Web Portal.
Service/Marketplace fee is a commission from Subscriptions that you as an Operator can provide to end customers.
It is a percentage cut paid out to Monta from each monthly payment for plans that you as a service provider approve.
5. Tax Refund Commission (Denmark)
This fee is only applicable for Danish Operators of charge points that have Business or Enterprise plans. You can see your subscription fee in your company’s information, in Monta Portal. Here is a guide that explains where to access company information.
